Errand Girl provides services including:
- Home and apartment cleaning
- Airbnb turnover cleaning
- Grocery and pharmacy errands
- Laundry assistance
- Organization and household help
- General personal assistance tasks
All services are subject to availability and prior agreement.
Bookings & Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a cancellation fee.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted methods may include cash, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in refusal of future services.
Access to Property
Clients must provide safe and legal access to the property.
The service provider reserves the right to refuse work in unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary, or aggressive environments.
Liability
All services are performed with reasonable care.
The service provider is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Faulty furniture or installations
- Issues arising from unsafe conditions
- Delays outside reasonable control
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Pets
Pets are welcome, provided they are safe and do not pose a risk during service.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
